Stephanie Ellington is an accomplished entrepreneur, passionate advocate, and dynamic figure in the world of pageantry and modeling. Celebrating the milestones of life, especially the empowering transition into her 50s, she embodies the belief that one is never past their prime. With a rich tapestry of experiences, Stephanie has traveled the globe and garnered accolades, including being recognized as Business Woman of the Year for three consecutive years.
Together with her husband, Aubrey Ellington, Stephanie has enjoyed a vibrant and fast-paced life over their 24 years of marriage. As a self-employed business owner since the age of 19, she has successfully launched and managed over 37 businesses, spanning a diverse range of industries, including salons, Chicken Express franchises, and Pizza Palm. Their latest venture, Frosted Bundt Cake Cakery, is set to open in April 2025, further exemplifying their entrepreneurial spirit.
In addition to her business endeavors, Stephanie has dedicated the past seven years to studying at John Casablancas, specializing in swimwear modeling and runway coaching. She is affiliated with three modeling agencies and a recruitment company for commercials and Netflix programming, showcasing her versatility and commitment to excellence in the industry.
A true animal lover, Stephanie has a deep passion for macaws, which complements her enthusiasm for pageantry. She began her journey in competition as Mrs. Wise County Earth and has since flourished in the Earth System pageantry, achieving titles such as Texas and North America Earth, and currently holding the title of Elite Mrs. North America Earth. Through this platform, she has the opportunity to write children's books that educate young minds about the Amazon and macaws, all while imparting valuable life lessons.
With 27 years of experience in caring for her beloved 24 macaws, Stephanie dedicates her life to their well-being, supported by her husband, who shares in this commitment. She is also involved in Michael Galanes’ systems, where she has had the privilege to shine on various stages, thanks to the encouragement of mentors like Dale Bradshaw and Mykhael Michaels.
A strong advocate for fitness and wellness, Stephanie is committed to uplifting her community through initiatives such as “Adopt a Neighborhood” and “Queen of Kindness,” a platform designed to foster connections among women. She believes in the power of kindness and the importance of spreading joy, reminding others that a simple smile can make a significant impact.
